We’re pretty upfront about our products and services, and will not surprise you with any hidden fees or costs. We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.
Customized Item Return Policy
If a customized product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will inspect the item and repair, replace, or provide another suitable resolution where applicable.. We didn’t Return and refund items. If you feel any issue in our product we only fix that. Due payment must be clear before delivery. If sizes are same and you customize color also that product is customizable.
Customized furniture is made specifically to the customer’s requirements and cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced.
Purchases That are Not Refundable
- Assembled / disassembled items
- Open sofas, beds, installed MDF items/furniture
- Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops)
- Any mattress or stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
- Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom and on-demand manufactured items)
- Products that have been modified, altered or washed
Mode of Cancellation:
Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing of any order (online or by sales agent). Any approved refund may be subject to applicable payment processing fees and bank charges.. And there is no cash back on the customized orders.
Cancellation Policy
After 24 hours, any approved refund will be subject to applicable bank charges and material procurement costs, depending on the items ordered and the stage of production.
Customized orders are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.
Any applicable refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
